Durham 3-0 Aston Villa

Durham 3-0 Villa

10/7/16, 2pm, WSL 2

Goals : McFadden, Salicki, Eadon

Two early chances that hit the side netting could of changed this game early on. Durham took their chances and we simply didn’t. Simply a game to write off and go onto the next one with hope and passion. Injuries cause a massive reshuffle at the back and had to replace our keeper hope that Grace is ok but was happy to see Chloe getting more game time.

We had a few shots but nothing that made the keeper work which was disappointing as I feel at home we easily outclassed Durham and the way this game started it looked like a repeat but just wasn’t meant to be, Milwall at home next on sunday.

Player of the match for me was Katy Moran, she never gave up and chased and put herself on the line in a number of positions and role’s during the game. Putting in a captains shift.
